One minute you are feeding a tiny kitten or trying to understand why your dog is acting strange, and the next minute you are lost in a hundred different search results, confusing advice, expensive product recommendations, and scary information that makes everything feel worse.

Our purpose
Why Pawject Pets exists
Pawject Pets is not here to make pet care sound perfect or easy.
It is here because many pet owners are trying their best with limited information, limited support, and sometimes very difficult situations. Not everyone has easy access to a vet. Not everyone lives in an area where animal rescue is organised. Not everyone grew up with pets or knows what is normal and what is not.
Sometimes, people just need someone to explain things in a way that makes sense.
That is what we want Pawject Pets to be.
Small steps. Kinder care.
It started with Scruffy.
Our story
Who are we
A few years ago, way back when my kids were still in primary school, we had our first cat distribution moment.
Somehow, a tiny kitten had been abandoned on the balcony of a neighbor’s apartment, and we could hear its tiny shrieks.
Scruffy was tiny enough to fit in the palm of my little ones’ hands. As first-time pet owners, we had no clue what to do, and being stuck in a remote region made things much worse. We depended heavily on information from the Internet.
Despite trying our hardest, Scruffy was too tiny to survive, but he did help us understand just how ill-equipped and ignorant many people were regarding cats and pets in general.
Over the years, Scruffy inspired us to rescue many more furry friends of all shapes and sizes. Right now, we stand at 11 cats, 6 dogs, a couple of feathered friends, and plenty of strays that we feed on a daily basis.
As our numbers grew, we still relied heavily on the internet to help us figure out the best ways to care for our cats and dogs.
Unfortunately, it became clear that pet content on the internet is often geared more towards making sales and profits instead of offering valuable and verifiable information. This means that much of what ranks first on Google is usually the best-marketed content, not necessarily what is most useful.
And that is exactly why Pawject Pets came into being. It is a passion project designed to help first-time pet owners so that they do not feel as overwhelmed as I once did.
You will find valuable information, tips, insights, and support to guide you through tough times.
